China's flame in Sydney

This message had nothing to do with politics. Our second day in Sydney we stopped for an hour and marveled at the chinese community in Sydney. Very strong and peaceful. It was actually quite moving. I've never seen anything this big. I guess what I liked tha most was that EVERY chinese was there, from little kids to 70-80 year old guys...

PS. Check out the cute Syndey monorail popping up in couple of the pictures!

"This message had nothing to do with politics"

Nice try with the disclaimer guys!

But the contents of the post are nothing if not political.

The views publicized in your photos, such as 'TIBET was, is & always will be part of CHINA' and 'stuff you dalia lama' may or may not be your own, and it may not have been your intention to present the event (and hence the cause) as good clean fun for all the family, never-the-less I fear you have lent your blog space to promoting a rather one-sided snapshot of one of the most politically contentious issues of the day…

PS

This comment had nothing to do with politics ;~)

Touche! I was just trying to show what we saw...but you're right, you can't post this stuff like photos from a hay festival...
Let me try to rectify it.
Thanks!
